Subscription Terms & Billing Disclosure

1. Billing and Payment
By subscribing to Captionpilotai Pro or Enterprise, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added depending on your location.
2. Subscription Period
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month on the anniversary of your signup date. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year on the anniversary of your signup date.
3. Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee. We will send a reminder email 7 days before your annual renewal.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account > Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that period. No partial refunds are given for unused time in the current billing period.
5. Price Changes
We may change our subscription fees at any time. If we increase prices, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
6. Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
7. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again after 3 days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended until the issue is resolved. You will receive email notifications about failed payments.
8. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a paid plan to Free, the downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then. Your data and history will be preserved.
9. Enterprise Billing
Enterprise customers may be billed via invoice with custom payment terms. These terms are specified in the Enterprise Agreement signed by both parties.
