Captionpilotai offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for your first Pro or Enterprise billing cycle. If you are not completely satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.

2. Free Tier

The Free tier is available at no cost. No refunds are applicable to the Free tier as no payment is made.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

• Email support@captionpilotai.co with the subject "Refund Request"
• Include your account email and the invoice number
• Provide a brief reason for the refund request

We process refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• You are within 14 days of your first Pro or Enterprise payment
• You have not previously received a refund for Captionpilotai
• You submit your request within the eligible time window

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 14-day window
• Second or subsequent billing cycles (after the initial period)
• Enterprise plans with custom agreements (governed by those terms)
• Abuse of the refund policy or fraud

6. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically result in a refund. If you cancel after the 14-day window, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are given for partial months.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your transaction.
